Our first Garden!!

This year as I have fully embraced my calling (OK...and blessing too) as the Stay at Home CEO of the Pooler family I decided it was time to "GO GREEN" and try my hand at some gardening. Come to find out, its not just digging a hole and popping some seeds in there and hope for the best. Its rather laboring. I have failed, and I have succeeded, we have laughed and we have been sore. Devlyn has been a big help and has a few plants that are his "own"...a Pumpkin, Watermelon, a Sunflower (that unfortunately departed from the Pooler Garden) and some Cantaloupe. Ashelyn LOVES to garden but she pulls more actual vegetable plants than weeds and ends up completely covered in mud or dirt by the time we go back in the house. I am really clueless that what I am doing and am teaching my self so keep your fingers crossed through the season that we actually get some food out of this experience!

Jeremy and Samantha-
Hey that is so neat that you started a Blog, you are doing much better than us computer wise, I am kind of stupid when it comes to computers and technology.
I was wondering if I could get your new address, I mailed something to you both and it came back to me, I didn't realize that you had moved.
If you could email it to eeyore_gal2002@yahoo.com that would be so great. I would like to mail you the same thing.
We had our son on April 17, 2008 and 7:50a.m. he was 7lb. 7 oz. and 18 inches long. He was also a month early and way cute, he has red hair and blue eyes.
I can't believe how big your little girl has gotten, she is so cute, and looks like she enjoys gardening and having fun with her family. Devolyn is getting big also, I hear he is such a sweet kid, I would love to meet him sometime.
I wish we lived closer so we could keep in touch a little better, we love you all, and are so happy that you are doing well.
Good luck with the new job Jeremy, it sounds awesome, I would love to see one of the races sometime.
Love Emyla and family
