Dover International Speedway June 1st

This weekend Jeremy will be in Deleware at the Dover International Speedway bringing home the bacon!! Cheer for the #99 Carl Edwards team to bring home the 4th win of the season!!

Look what popped up.....

Surprise surprise! I have about 15 Elephant Ears growing in front of my house!! I am all about some elephant ears but 15.... come on, isn't that a bit much??? The previous occupant obviously had a thing for elephant ears don't you think?? Now my dilemma...how many do I take with me when we move? And no I don't want 15......

Thats my baby!!! Yeah!

He is so handsome!!! Thats Jeremy on the right in the black pants! We have won 3 races so far this year! Make sure you cheer for us to win this weekend at the Charlotte NC race!!

My husband Rocks!

Some of you know Jeremy is working for a Nascar Team...#99 Carl Edwards (the one who always does a back flip off his car when he wins!) . It has been a trying time for us due to the fact that he is gone 85% of the time but it will all pay off in the long run. Its still really strange to see him on TV! As a matter of fact I was having a yard sale last weekend and the race was here in Charlotte so Jeremy was home but getting ready to go to the track so he was all dressed in his Race Uniform. He comes outside to tell the kids bye and give his wonderful wife a smoochie and some of the yard sale customers freaked out! They wanted pictures with him and an autograph! I was like..."OK, its just Jeremy!" Kinda wierd to say the least! LOL

A family that gardens together grows together

As a family we have all worked hard on this small garden. It isn't much yet but it has really brought us closer together and given us a common project that we are all proud of. We are in the process of buying a home and now I am trying to figure out how to "MOVE" our garden with us....anythoughts???

She is as pretty as the flowers!!

Ashelyn Ellyse is such a delight and to have! Its been 11 years since I have experienced this stage and let me tell you, its alot different later in life than it was in my early twenties! Ashelyn loves flowers!! She is so content just to look at them, smell them and pick them.

Our first Garden!!

This year as I have fully embraced my calling (OK...and blessing too) as the Stay at Home CEO of the Pooler family I decided it was time to "GO GREEN" and try my hand at some gardening. Come to find out, its not just digging a hole and popping some seeds in there and hope for the best. Its rather laboring. I have failed, and I have succeeded, we have laughed and we have been sore. Devlyn has been a big help and has a few plants that are his "own"...a Pumpkin, Watermelon, a Sunflower (that unfortunately departed from the Pooler Garden) and some Cantaloupe. Ashelyn LOVES to garden but she pulls more actual vegetable plants than weeds and ends up completely covered in mud or dirt by the time we go back in the house. I am really clueless that what I am doing and am teaching my self so keep your fingers crossed through the season that we actually get some food out of this experience!

Blogger Virgin!

So here I am! Finally taking that mysterious step into the unknown world of you bloggers. Bear with me as I find my way in this digital world, it may take a few posts before they are actually entertaining and informative! LOL
